The Dansville Aggies enter the game with a perfect 12-0 record in the CMAC. They have an 18-1 record overall.

The Aggies are led by Megan Zeitz, a fantastic defender who is tall enough to protect the post and extremely quick, agile and aggressive enough to make life more than difficult for opposing perimeter players. On offense, she is an excellent ball handler and passer who can either get to the basket to score. She is also good from the three point line. Kourtney Mack is an excellent three point shooter who is a strong perimeter defender. She also gets a lot of fast break baskets.

Gracie Taylor is a strong ball handler who handles the point a lot of the time. She is a tough perimeter defender and passer as well and can make shots from the three point line. Laynie Meredith brings incredible energy to the Shamrock perimeter defense. She is also a fine ball handler who is a threat to score on drives to the basket or three point shots.

Addy Scheurer brings a lot of quickness and determination to the Shamrock perimeter defense. She also is an accurate three point shooter. Rylee Scheurer is one of the fastest Shamrocks; she is also really tall. Her quickness, length and coordination make her a dangerous perimeter defender who can also help out in the post. It is now time to review the events of this game through the generally open and occasionally observant eyes of an aging Bleacher Denizen who was never able to escape church league when he attempted to hoop back in the Stone Age when he was actually considered to be “young.” Many people criticized your Bleacher Denizen’s ball handling, but in his defense, he’ll point out that the large stones we used back in our day did not bounce as predictably as today’s air-filled balls do.
