It is now time to review the varsity game through the occasionally clear lenses of an aging Bleacher Denizen who was never able to escape church league when he attempted to hoop back in the ancient times when he was considered to be “young.” It seems there was a disagreement with his coach about passing the ball.

While his coach insisted that he pass the ball only to people wearing the same color uniform as his, your Bleacher Denizen felt this stunted his creativity. When he started expressing himself by refusing to discriminate who he passed to by uniform color, the coach expressed himself by condemning this thing called “turnovers” and refusing to allow the Bleacher Denizen to play much.
