Colon at Portland St. Patrick – – Football – – The Bleacher Denizen – – October 30, 2021 – – by Chuck Krafft

This is the first weekend of the Michigan High School Athletic Association Eight Man Football tournament. Two strong teams will play in this first round Division 2 game hosted the Shamrocks from Portland St. Patrick, who enter the game undefeated with a 9-0 record. The visiting Magi from Colon have an 8-1 record; their only loss is to Division 1 Adrian Lenawee Christian.

In fact, freshman Brayden Simon, who will play quarterback for St. Patrick, is actually listed on the roster as an offensive and defensive lineman.
