Boyne City at Fulton – – Baseball Single Game – – The Bleacher Denizen – – April 24, 2026 – – by Chuck Krafft
Today, the BleacherDenizenMobile is pointed at Fulton High, where the hometown Pirates will be hosting the Ramblers from Boyne City in a baseball doubleheader. There was rain just about an hour before the game, so the field was wet and muddy.
The original plan was to play one six inning game and one five inning game. However, because both teams had to use so many pitchers to get through the second inning, the coaches agreed to play just one six inning game.
While we wait for the game to begin, I hope you will enjoy this video of “God Bless the USA” from my You Tube Channel! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ePjJiWG5OY

It is now time to review the events of this game through the somewhat alert eyes of an Aging Bleacher Denizen who was never able to get his baseball career going.
